Amy Ellis Amy (MA, ITEC.) has been actively working with essential oils, holistic health and spiritual healing for 20 years. She is qualified in Aromatherapy and Massage for general health as well as for pregnancy and labour, having completed training with Robert Tisserand and Gabriel Mojay. She is also a qualified Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Antenatal yoga teacher and Story Massage practitioner.
Amy aims to give each client a treatment session that restores their natural harmony. The session begins by selecting specific organic essential oils that resonate and Amy blends these into a 50ml bottle of massage oil for home use. She then gives a body treatment that includes gentle massage, acupressure and healing energy work often alongside visualisation and meditation techniques to suit individuals' needs.
Becca Harrison Becca trained in Indian Head Massage at the Centre for Champissage under the tutelage of Narendra Mehta who developed Indian Head Massage (Champissage™) in the 1970s after studying the massage in India for many years.

Incorporating Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, this is the highest level of training available. She is also trained in Advanced Reflexology Training (ART) which has deepened her practice and she is committed to her ongoing development in the field of reflexology.

Dr Reena Kotecha Reena (MBBS BSc Hons) is a medical physician specialised in holistic health. After obtaining a Medical degree with Merit and a Bachelors in Neuroscience and Mental Health with First Class Hons from Imperial College London she began working within the NHS. She realised that whilst modern medicine has a place, many patients were having their symptoms treated much of the time temporarily and with side effects with failure to address the root cause of the problem.
Ayurveda is an ancient medical system, which not only restores health and balance in a person with underlying disease by identifying and treating the root cause but also optimises wellbeing in an already healthy person.Each person has an original and unique physical and mental constitution. Ayurveda views disease or unease as a deviation from one’s original balanced state. Dr Reena Kotecha identifies the natural constitution of an individual and guides them back towards it using changes to diet and lifestyle, herbal remedies, yoga and meditation techniques and massage treatments and therapies all tailored to their particular need.
Suryamani Layton Suryamani has taught and given Massage and Touch for Health to many over the years through every season and in all sorts of venues! She has a background in Nursing and Midwifery which informs her practice, coupled with an intuitive and creative approach. She also enjoys works part-time at the Rosie Hospital taking bloodtests. Working in this field really complements her Pregnancy Massage work. Her love of Bodywork and the language of touch have led to her extending her range into the fields of Kinesiology and Reiki in the last 15 years.
