These classes are accessible and mobility-friendly, for anyone with reduced mobility, or who may be recovering or currently experiencing an illness. The classes are also suitable for seniors.
The majority of the practices are on the floor or on a chair, however some gentle standing/leg work may also be incorporated, depending on individual attendees needs and capabilities.
Full attention is given to each participants' individual needs - the focus of this class is adapting yoga practice to you, and in order to do so a range of modifications are offered throughout the class.

This class is open to people who are deaf or hard of hearing and it is open to hearing people also. It is a free class. Sessions will be clearly demonstrated and guided and there will be a British Sign Language Interpreter throughout the session.
The sessions will build strength and flexibility through physical movements, stretching and postures. A key focus will be working with the breath to promote calmness, focus and mindfulness. All levels of experience are welcome and practices will be modified to suit different abilities.
Hearing people are welcome to attend at the normal class rate.
