For secondary-aged boys this session is designed for secondary-aged boys (11 - 16). It will follow the Ashtanga Yoga system which is a set sequence of practices and postures which builds strength, flexibility, focus and stamina, supporting young people to develop self-esteem, emotional regulation and a sense of community in class.

Yoga and Mindfulness for Teens
For secondary aged young people, 11-16 years. Yoga and Mindfulness can provide valuable tools for navigating through this time of rapid brain development, hormonal shifts, social stress and academic pressure. Sessions will include physical practices, breath-work, mindfulness and relaxation.
