About the treatments
Chi Nei Tsang Chi Nei Tsang is applied Chi Kung in internal organs treatment. A profound therapy treatment developed a long time ago by Chinese Taoist monks to strengthen, detoxify and refine their bodies to perform the highest spiritual practice. Working directly on the abdomen and major organs to access memories of emotional and physical trauma, thus releasing blockages that remain held in the cells. This is also a clothed treatment.

Indian Head Massage The treatment includes massage of the shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, face, ears and energy balancing and is based on the traditional form of Champi (head massage) practised in India for over 1,000 years.

Nutritional Therapy Appropriate nutrition is necessary for creating energy, vitality and well-being. Research has shown more and more people are suffering with illnesses related to nutritional deficiencies. Nutritional therapy involves assessing an individual’s needs and recommend suitable wholefoods and supplements. Chrissy also likes to recommend high density nutrient foods i.e. superfoods like spirulina, sea vegetables, wheatgrass, hemp protein powder. She explains to her clients in detail how to benefit from and use these food to boost immunity and energy levels.
Pregnancy Massage Pregnancy Massage aims to cherish the Pregnant woman as she nourishes the developing baby within her. It helps her to reconnect with all the changes taking place in her being and provides a space to assimilate these changes. Through relaxing therapeutic touch, her body can adjust to these changes, releasing tensions and enjoying the sensual nature of Pregnancy. Pregnancy Massage is generally gentle and uses the sidelying position to prevent vena caval compression associated with lying on the back. Extra cushions are provided to maximise comfort.
Specific Techniques are applied in a Pregnancy Massage to help alleviate uncomfortable symptoms associated with a normal Pregnancy. These include:-

Reflexology Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumbs and fingers on these reflex areas. It improves blood, lymph and nerve circulation, aiding the body's own healing potential to bring about balance.
Reflexology can be used to treat specific conditions but is also a powerful form of preventative medicine to help maintain good health. The aim of Reflexology is to create homeostasis, which means that the organs of the body are all working together and at their best. Reflexology is gentle non-invasive and suitable for all ages, it is also a holistic therapy which means it treats the whole person.
Reiki Reiki is a form of hands-on healing. During a therapy session a Reiki practitioner acts as a channel for energy which is passed to the client through the practitioner’s hands. The client’s own natural healing system uses the energy to create health and well-being. Reiki may be used to help both physical and emotional conditions, and even if you are not ill then Reiki may still lead to an enhanced feeling of peace and well-being. Reiki combines well with most other complementary therapies .
Reiki Attunements Reiki is also a tool for personal physical and spiritual development which can be practiced on oneself. To practice Reiki on yourself you will have to become attuned to the Reiki energy. This happens when you are taught by a Reiki Master and receive attunements which open the heart, crown and palm chakras. After your attunement you will be able to give yourself a full body Reiki healing treatments. Reiki helps to increase physical energy, heightens intuition and brings emotional balance.
Shiatsu Shiatsu originates in Japan. It is a therapy based on the same principle as acupuncture, in which pressure is applied to certain points on the body using the hands. The aim is to harmonise your Ki ( 気, vital energy) and contribute to overall well-being at the physical and emotional levels and stimulate your natural self-healing process. The treatment is given through light, comfortable clothing. Shiatsu is beneficial for: reducing stress and tension as well as anxiety and depression; for migraine, stiff neck and shoulders, backache and sciatica, insomnia, menstrual problems, menopause, digestive disorders, IBS etc bowel troubles, cough, sinus and respiratory problems.
Thai Yoga Massage TYM is carried out on a futon. The recipient wears loose comfortable clothing. It is a unique massage therapy combining applied yoga, acupressure and gentle stretching. Dubbed the lazy person’s yoga because when relaxed we can stretch further(not only physically!)
Therapeutic Massage Therapeutic Massage aims to get to the heart of holding patterns in the mind and body. It brings a kindly appreciation of the body. This kindly awareness allows the body to gradually release unnecessary holding and tension. These releases add up over time bringing a deeper relaxation and flexibility in body, heart and mind. While some techniques work very directly with the muscles, tendons, and circulation, other techniques encourage release using the mind and breath. The additional use of meridian balancing, neurolymphatic release and neurovascular release also help beautifully in assisting the body feel well and happy. Experiencing clearly that the mind and body are intimately related we can feel a deeper sense of relaxation and ease in the body. A greater confidence in being who we are. Everyone can benefit from a regular Massage and a series of sessions can really help reduce the effects of built up tension. Its also fine to have a one off session to de-stress and treat yourself or a loved one.
Touch for Health (Kinesiology) Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing to gain a response from the body and find out what it needs. Insightful information is gained about areas of blockage in any area of ones being/experience. Blockages can occur for all sorts of reasons and in all sorts of dimensions of a person's being, whether it be in tight muscles, or tightly held views, in stuck emotion such as grief or resentment or from imbalances in the bodies chemistry (medications or food sensitivities) or in ones life path on a spiritual level. Once identified, the body is then able to choose what it needs to free up the blocked energies from a wide range of balancing techniques which stimulate meridians via acupressure points as well as other related points. These work on all levels of a persons being. Some techniques which might be used are: Emotional Stress Release, Postural Stress Release or Past Injury Stress Release. Having a clear and meaningful goal or vision for positive change can be clarified at the start of a session and ‘programmed’ into the body so that all the bodies disparate energies can get on board in a directed flow to effect that change!
