We are a Yoga and Wellbeing centre in the heart of Cambridge, offering a beautiful, welcoming, accessible and inclusive space. We offer a variety of classes, led by a team of excellent teachers, to suit a range of levels and needs. Through classes, courses, workshops & events, our aim is to provide a space that enables people to bring about positive transformation, within themselves and within their environment.
We take inclusion and accessibility seriously. They aren’t just buzzwords or tick-box exercises for us a Satyam and we come at them through a deep understanding from our own lived experience. We are continually reflecting on and learning about how we can make our work genuinely more inclusive and accessible. If you have any suggestions, we would love to hear from you. We have a ground-floor studio which is wheelchair-accessible or accessible to those who find it difficult to climb stairs. We are anti-racist and LGBTQ+ friendly. We offer concession prices for those on a low income, with the option of fuller subsidisation on request. Please contact Jo to find out more. We also host Cambridgeshire's only Floatation Pool and we also have a Wellbeing Room.
With national restriction completely easing on the 19th July, to read about how we will continue to provide a comfortable space for you to continue to come and practice, please go here.
